Just finished arranging everything in my hunting vest for Saturday morning. That way when I get excited and have to move to setup on a gobbler I can just throw it in a pocket and go and have to search for what I need later. I have heard birds gobbling the last three mornings before work, so I think I know where to go. Hope everybody has a safe and enjoyable opening day. And good luck!

Shotgun? Black Powder? bow?

I have heard many try with a bow but pretty soon return to the 12 gauge...

Kool, Our spring season isn't till Mid April. Not as many around here so I kinda wonder if it's smarter to let em go a few more years and let the numbers grow and leave em for the guys who are crazy about em.

Still may go an video/camera a few. Who knows perhaps whackin one local bird...

Hope they settle down in your area.

Even if I was going to video hunt them I would have my weapon of choice in case a limb hanger walked by. About the populations just be selective let jakes walk and wait for a good bird
